PractiCount - No response from practiline

I have a problem with Practicount. I posted the same thing in
the different forum but I wanted to ask more people about this
matter.

I purchased ParctiCount 4/20 (2009). Today (4/30) I have not
received a serial number to activate the software.

I emailed to [email protected] twice. No response.

They do not have their phone number on their website and

I have absolutely no idea what to do.

Thank you for the email address, [email protected]. I tried but no response.

I think Practiline is not operating anymore. So I recommend you guys not to buy Practicount .

I will try but probably I will never get my money back.

It is a pity though. I like the software. Does anyone know a wordcount software that is similar to Practicount ?
