ProZ chat scam?

Thanks; so that's where it had been hidden. It would have made sense to connect it to the contact settings in the profile. When they scatter contact settings all over the place, it becomes difficult to find them, as I expect some sort of logic or order in a system like this, and the individual pages don't show where in the navigation system they are.

What ProZ currently does with its chat system is largely immaterial; the issue is that the email I received has all the red flags of a phishing scam, yet nobody from ProZ has stated whether or not it's a scam. And obviously no one knows what a legitimate message looks like, since nobody uses ProZ's chat.

If this is a scam, ProZ should be notifying its members of it, since it's impersonating ProZ.
If this is not a scam, we have an even bigger problem.
