Text sursă - engleză Expunere. INSTITUŢIA recunoaşte că XXX a încheiat un contract de colaborare cu YYY Inc. (“YYY”) cu privire la Produsul Investigat şi la Studiu. Acest contract de colaborare XXX-YYY impune anumite condiţii non-negociabile privind desfăşurarea Studiului şi folosirea Produsului Investigat aşa cum se stabileşte mai jos. This XXX-YYY collaboration agreement imposes certain non-negotiable conditions on conduct of the Study and use of the Study Product as set forth below. Retention by XXX of INSTITUTION to conduct the Study described below is conditioned on INSTITUTION's agreement to these conditions. YYY is an intended third party beneficiary of this Agreement.
Ever since I remember, I enjoyed and learned foreign languages first as a hobby and then proceeding with my studies. After graduation that was nothing more satisfying than moulding my young students personalities. I tried to keep an open mind on passing on my knowledge of English language.
