At the X Group, we want to make the future work for everyone, and this includes leading by example in how we conduct our business.
As part of this commitment, we are launching an Integrity Survey to understand our company’s culture of integrity. The survey represents an opportunity for all colleagues to share their perceptions of how our company lives up to our values of integrity and compliance.
To participate, you will receive an email on Monday, 22 June, with your survey link from [email protected]. CultureIQ, an independent consulting firm, is our partner who will be administering the survey for the X Group.
You have from 22 June until Tuesday, 7 July to complete the survey.
Background:
• How will this survey be different from our Great Place to Work and Peakon surveys? The Great Place to Work survey is about job satisfaction and the Peakon survey focuses on employee engagement. The Integrity survey focuses on our culture of integrity and compliance in the company.
• What is an integrity survey? A survey that asks about your perceptions regarding topics such as integrity, ethics, and compliance within our company, your awareness of integrity and compliance matters, and your perceptions regarding reporting misconduct.
• Who will participate in the survey? All employees of the Adecco Group and its brands.
• Are my answers confidential? Yes, survey responses are completely confidential. Results are only reported in aggregate form and are never reported in groups with fewer than 5 respondents.
• How long does it take to complete the survey? About 10 minutes.
• How will the results be used? The survey results will be used to understand our culture of integrity and compliance as a company and where we need to improve.
• When do I see the results? We will share a groupwide summary of the survey results by September 2020.

Freelance translator since 2000 as second job. Can use several cat tools and adapt to the ones used by customers on online various platforms. Technical background with an university degree in chemical engineering. Long term cooperation with various agencies and clients from Europe, USA and Asian market. Translation of e-commerce texts, users' manuals for industrial equipment, catalogues, pharmaceuticals TDS, TDS and MSDS and safety sheets for chemical products, DMF for new pharmaceuticals registration, automotive manuals, recalls, maintenance and repair manuals, training materials, accessories and PR, healthcare manuals, mobile phones - manuals, different home appliance manuals, marketing materials, printers, digital cameras and video cameras, Hi Tech audio and video small appliances, SAP modules, video games, various app for foreign language learning and much more.
For translation, I apply mostly the lower rates. If necessary, I can arrange proofreading of the texts by an independent translator on 2 Augen Prinzip (the higher rates apply for rush jobs and proofreading by an independent translator or big volumes for a deadline in 24 h).
