"closing day" - pentru locuinte; atat existente cat si constructii noi.
"occupancy date" - pentru blocuri, cladiri de birouri.

In domeniul industrial, in raport cu tipul industriei careia cladirea ii apartine, terminologia difera, asa ca nu am intrat in amanunte.

In domeniul constructiilor fiecare termen inseamna altceva si o confuzie sau folosirea improprie a unei notiuni poate duce la penalitati.

ca exemplu: "start-up", "commissioning", "completion" sunt toate etape premergatoare darii in folosinta.
Spre exemplu, in domeniul instalatiilor, "completion" nu se poate face fara certificate obtinute in timpul "commissioning"-ului iar "commissioning"-ul se face numai dupa "start-up"; depind una de alta si / dar sunt activitati diferite!!!
