conviction/awareness of a destiny rooted in eternity/eternal roots
There are plenty of examples for both "conviction of eternity" or "eternal roots of" in books published in English.
E.g. Introduction to Ancient Philosophy, Don. E. Marietta / M.E. Sharpe

Of course, the second suggestion would be: "conviction of the eternal roots of destiny/one's destiny".

Sună şi mai bine, reflectă şi partea raţională a conştiinţei :-) A sense of destiny is an inner conviction arising from an experience ... where there is a growing awareness that God has His hand on a leader. http://linked2leadership.com (nu încape tot)

: varianta aceasta suna intradevar cel mai bine, cel mai "englezeste" posibil

Lara Barnett
: "emanated by" is a very clumsy construction which, when added to the complexity of the idea, makes this phrase slightly bewildering.

@Lr. & co.: I believe that the opinion of one who translates from English, a simple term like "members (of the Church)", into Romanian, with "pieces (of the Church)", which is absolutely preposterous, cannot seriously be taken into account

an awareness emanating/radiating beyond eternity
I don't think that a literal translation would work very well in English, i.e. if we were just to say "emanating from eternity" I don't think it would have the same impact as it possibly does in Romanian. Therefore it should be possible to change the preposition to one which conveys the same (or similar meaning), if the verb idea is to be kept in the text.
I have provided an alternative - "radiate" as I actually think that this sounds good also in English as "emanate" is not such a commonly used verb - but it is still moderately used and is not incorrect, as my examples show.

Example sentence:
"By loving and pampering them, this loving aura will pervade our house, our whole family, and EMANATE BEYOND, extending the positive atmosphere to the world. "
"Feel the love RADIATE BEYOND your heart, flooding into every cell of your body, filling you with an inner warmth and glow."

: The main point here is that destiny *comes from* eternity, it is rooted in eternity. I assume he speaks about the spiritual roots of life in the country which is a very important aspect in Romanian Orthodox spirituality./Your examples show the opposite.

Radiating beyond does imply "comes from" //My examples simply show the possibility of using "radiate/emanate" with "beyond" - any other interpretation is not relevant.

Discussion
A avea conștiință înseamnă a fi conștient, treaz, viu, aware
For Blaga, the Great Anonymous forms the collective ethnic consciousness, or cultural soul, of the Romanian people. This collective consciousness functions as the cornerstone of his theory of "Spatiul Mioritic" or Mioritic Space, which offers a definition of Romanian national identity by means of the characteristics that distinguish cultures from one another, including differences in environment and landscape.

2. de ce "în conştiinţa" pare sa semnifice pentru toata lumea "cu constiinta" - eu inteleg mai curand ceva de genul a trai la sat inseamna sa fii parte din constiinta asta colectiva.
Si nu cred ca e vorba doar de spiritualitate ci si comuniune cu natura, atemporalitate, etc.

dar nu mi se pare o traducere grozavă...
In loc de "destiny conscience" eu as spune "sense of destiny" si as merge pe varianta "rooted in eternity"

Cred ca aici veti gasi o analiza interesanta.
As a Romanian living in Romania and respiring Romanian spirituality, I can confidently say that the "village", the "countryside" is indeed of particular importance (also in Romanian literature), it is the "mioritic" feeling that there is no time in the natural ways of life and when you live in harmony with nature.
Sorry for the philosophical digression :-)
stem - grow out of, have roots in, originate in; "The increase in the national debt stems from the last war"
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/originate in
Poate consciousness of a destiny originating in eternity, sau destiny born out of eternity.
PS nu stiu de unde am scos-o pe aia cu animalul colectiv :)
Does it sound right to you?
