pentru lemn stratificat, "multi-layered" sau chiar "multilayered" wood este traducerea...

din seria "asa nu", vezi mai jos, unde autorul artocolului s-a hotarat sa pastreze "termopan" in engleza!

Avand in vedere toate cele de mai sus, cred ca se poate folosi Thermopane, care oricum nu e altceva decat "insulated glass".
Daca folosim "insulated glass", acest tip de sticla este format din "two sheets of glass", deci nu e nevoie sa mai folosim "two" sau "dual" sau "double".
Termopanul se refera doar la sticla, astfel incat cadrul (trim) poate fi din materiale diverse, in acest caz "lemn stratificat" (laminated wood).

"Thermopane" - chiar asa spune. In argou se mai folosesc si lowE, double pane glazing; double glazing este incorect fiindca se refera la altceva.
