My activity is now based in United Kingdom. I am registered with Home Office as self-employed translator and interpreter, Romanian and English Languages.
Official translator of the Romanian Embassy in London. I translate documents, certificates and diplomas on a regular basis.
I also have a large interpreting experience acquired by working with several legal bodies such as Refugee Legal Centre, Immigration Advisory Services, Home Office as well as borough councils, case workers, solicitors, barristers, etc.
Whenever necessary I can provide linguistic/lexical support for a legal case. I will answer promptly whenever you contact me and I am ready to undertake any research job related to my field of activity.
Recent Projects: Official US website, evidence documents for a high profile legal case, interpreting for Republic of Moldova's Ministry of Agriculture's visit to London; Proofreading of a translated witness statement for Crown Prosecution Service; Full support, translation of all documents and interpreting for a Personal Injury case - Birchall Blackburn Solicitors. Translation of a book of short stories written by Sergiu Somesan.
Education and Qualifications:
I am a qualified linguist (Romania) and I have an LLB(Hons) degree in Law (UK), BA in Philology and a Master's Degree in political studies.
I am a qualified, practising lawyer and Fellow of CILEx (Legal executive). I am also in the final year of the Legal Practice Course studies.
