ご参考までにですが、イギリスやオーストラリア、ニュージーランドの law report (判例集）では、殆どのケースでＨｅｌｄ：　という見出しのあとに主文が続きます。Ｈｅｌｄ：の冒頭で判決が述べられ、その後、Heldの項目下で理由が述べられます。たまにはHeld:の代わりに Judgement:を使う場合もあります。この場合も冒頭に主文が述べられます。

判例自体は　lexisnexis　や westlaw　などのサイトで見られるのですが、あいにく有料なので、reference にはお載せできません。かなり判例を読んだことがありますが、ｍａｉｎ　ｔｅｘｔ　ｏｆ　judgement という表現は見たことがありません。それ自体は間違いではありませんが、「主文」の漢字の「文」の部分の影響をかなり受けた英訳のように思います。日本の裁判記録の英訳で一般的に使われる表現なら、それはそれで良いでしょうが、英連邦の裁判記録で一般的に使われる表現ではありません。

Legal data base に載っている日本の判例の英訳では、Holding:が使われていました。（この類のlegal data base は会員制の有料サイトなので、reference は載せられませんが、ご参考までにご報告します。）

探したら、日本の裁判所のサイトに判例の英訳が載っていました。最新の判例を貼っておきます。

ここでは main text of the judgement になっていました。裁判所は毎年、入札で翻訳会社を選らんでいるのですが、ずっとこの表現を使っているようです。色々と判例法の国とは言い方が違うと感じるのですが、裁判所のサイトの表現が日本の判例の英訳としてはオフィシャルなものなのでしょう。
