If someone in Cameroon in a birth certificate (the father) gives his occupation as being "Agent agricole", does that just mean he is "just" an agricultural worker (basically an "agent agricole polyvalent" as defined here https://sfmq.cfwb.be/fileadmin/sites/sfmq/uploads/Fichiers/P... or is he going to be an agricultural agent? Defined I see as an "advisor employed by the government to assist people in rural areas with methods of farming and home economics", as here for instance in Rwanda: https://www.minagri.gov.rw/fileadmin/user_upload/Minagri/Pub... "Chaque district possède une unité agricole du district avec un directeur, un agent agricole, un agent en charge des cultures de rente,"
