It is not a correct sentence.In the Oxford English Urdu Dictionary it is written as :
It is Greek to me. In Urdu it means ;
میرے لئے یہ ناقابلِ فہم ہے۔

The expression needs explanation "I'm up to Greek" doesn't seem a correct expression. You need to quote the full sentence and the source of the sentence--author, etc. "Upto" isn't a single word in standard English, though it is used for a single term in India, Pakistan, etc.
"I'm upto Greek" may actually be a childish prank or any uncontrollably drunk fellows babbling --mature people don't need to care a hoot for such expressions.
