It really depends on the context.
If it is a juridical context, then it is "un don, une donation".
If it is a commercial context, then it would be "une prime".
If it is a general context, then it is "un cadeau".
If you talk of someone's talent, it will be "un talent, un don pour ..." but the French word "présent" is for me too formal.
