Annually, interest remuneration of 4% (four percent) per year.

The PRICE and all values pertaining to this AGREEMENT are expressed in Reais (BRL); payments may be made in Euros or American Dollars, in accordance with the exchange rate of the Brazil Central Bank. Before the payment, the CONTRACTOR - FIDUCIARY CREDITOR shall determine the exact exchange rate on the day before the transfer. The CONTRACTOR - FIDUCIARY CREDITOR shall then send copy of the exchange contract to the BUYER - FIDUCIARY DEBTOR, and the amount in Reais registered there shall be considered received. Any differences must be paid together with the last installment, based on statement provided by the CONTRACTOR - FIDUCIARY CREDITOR.
