Version number of Update for Transit/TermStar NXT Service Pack 9?

On 7/12 I received a mail, announcing:

Update for Transit/TermStar NXT Service Pack 9

I installed it and I'm puzzled now, since the version number is the same as before the update for SP 9:

Can someone tell me what's going on here?

Version number of the original SP 9 Jul 17, 2016

I found out that the version number of the original SP 9 actually is different:
