The TWB badge becomes visible in your ProZ.com profile when you have completed at least a task in the Translators without Borders' instance of the translation center. Some days may elapse between the completion of the task and the update of the badge.
In order for this to happen, the following is needed:
- You should volunteer for TWB through their web page
- TWB should accept you as volunteer ... In order for this to happen, the following is needed:
- You should volunteer for TWB through their web page
- TWB should accept you as volunteer and give you access to the translation center
- You should be assigned a task in the translation center
- You should complete the assignment and deliver at least 1 word.

Hi,
I've completed two tasks for Translators without Borders. I can see a summary on my dashboard (number of words translated: 3613, tasks completed: 2) but there is no badge. When I search for my profile in the Providers section it says translated words: 0 and again no badge. Is there something I have to do to update my profile so that it stops displaying zero and displays my badge?

@Enrique Cavalitto, I can see my badge with number of words here: https://trommons.org/34287/profile/ but still nothing on my ProZ profile. Should it appear automatically or do I need to do something?

If there are discrepancies between the word count in your ProZ.com profile and the one on TwB, or if your ProZ.com profile displays no badge or word count, please submit a support request and attach a screenshot of your TwB badge/profile for corroboration, https://www.proz.com/support
