Continuing education courses for translators (specific)

I have been a Freelance translator for a while. Past summer, I did a course in medical translation which was very usefull.
I am looking for new course to continue learning and improving:
Adding new skills, learning about new technologies or improving some of my old skills. But all I have found are general courses, not specific ones.

Could anyone recomend me a place or course to continue improving?

You really need to be more specific.

Perhaps you could tell us what kind of thing you are searching for, as well as what you have found already and why the latter did not fit your needs...

After that I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.

There is also a lot of information already in the forums.

Dear Fiona,

Thank you for your answer. I am looking for specific domain translation courses.

For example, another medical translation course (I already did one last year). Or a specific course on using certain technologies for localization (software localization, help messages, etc)
