Too many spelling errors in Word

When I try to read an export file from SDL Studio in Word, the spellchecker stops working after a certain amount of pages. Not only the target, also the source column has these errors, which might be because of non-native names etc. I can cut and past parts of the table and read in chunks, but does anybody how the Word buffer for spelling errors can be made bigger? I have 8 Gb RAM.

No need to cut & paste. Just select the parts and have them spell-checked one after the other.

I encountered the same problem on several occasions and the only solution I could find was to open the problem file in Apache OpenOffice or LibreOffice.
