Dear Prozies,
The ITI has kindly given me this guide www.payontime.co.uk 'The Better Payment Practice Campaign'. It's got advice about how to deal with late payments, refusals to pay. I've also seen a glossary somewhere and template invoices, reminders and other letters. It's worth seeing.
