Explanation:
Este o echivalare in termeni foarte generali si s-ar putea folosi in masura in care acceptam ca 'deficit' poate fi un bun sinonim pentru 'pierdere' (dictionarul de sinonime online il indica in acest sens). In rest, notiunea de 'lexem' se suprapune destul de bine peste cea de 'cuvant'.

neutral  Ioana Costache: Depinde de scopul textului. Poate ca o solutie si mai buna ar fi "anomia", the inability to name things, fiindca se intelege cumva din text ca nu e vorba de incapacitatea de a folosi categorii gramaticale, ci categorii lexicale.
