Hi,

I was contacted by a client how has a high volume of video script translation to be translated from English to German.

- Subject: Christian sermons, testimonies, etc. (will provide our glossary terms)
- Volume: Currently around 2.5 million words, hundreds of scripts, articles, books
- The work should be done with Google Sheets for script translation and Microsoft Word (docx.) for book and article translation.

I was contacted by a client how has a high volume of video script translation to be translated from English to German.

- Volume: Currently around 2.5 million words, hundreds of scripts, articles, books
- The work should be done with Google Sheets for script translation and Microsoft Word (docx.) for book and article translation.

Client says: We have more than 300 scripts to be translated. For the scripts, it's to translate the texts as well, there's no need to match the video/audio, also you don't need to care about the length of the translation, the local believer will record them later. So there's no limitation for the length of every line.

I had offered them a rate per word, they mentioned that their word rate is 0,05 USD, but they want a write by minute of the script.

What are the common rates for this kind of work per minute, for this language combination?
