Maybe one hour / one hour and a half was not enough to describe the potentials of the applications. I would have preferred a greater focus on alignment. Anyway, thanks for the hints, I'll check Nitro to extract pdfs (I've tried Abbey and Scansoft so far, they're good but it's always good to try other options).
