Text sursă - engleză 1.4 Nature of the Project
A. P&G Project ‘Nadia’ is essentially a typical multi disciplinary construction and installation project being undertaken at a Greenfield site, within an, as yet, undeveloped area set aside for future industrial units.
B. The site is located as shown in attached documents. The Contractor will be required to visit the site and to familiarise himself with the location, the geography, location of services, the road networks, the site boundaries and the proximity to local neighbours.
C. The Scope of works involved is as follows:
a. The site management of all contracted and sub-contracted services assigned to the site.
b. The safe storage and management of all Client Free Issue items issued to the General Contractor for safe keeping, storage at site and subsequent installation.
c. Establishing the Construction site on the property of the Client.
d. Establishing and maintaining a “safe site”.
e. Managing and maintaining the site to an acceptable level of Construction Safety
f. Managing and maintaining the welfare of the Contractors Employees and sub contractors.
g. Providing adequate risk management and assessments of all site construction activities.
h. Off loading, transporting and safe storage of free issue items.
i. Undertaking the Construction Work as described in the Work Packages in a timely manner and to an acceptable level of quality.
j. Managing and maintaining the site to an acceptable level of Cleanliness
Traducere - română 1.4 Categoria proiectului
A. Proiectul “Nadia” al companiei P&G este un proiect multidisciplinar tipic de construcții şi instalații care este executat pe un teren viran, într-o zonă neamenajată care a fost lăsată pentru a fi folosită în scopul construirii a noi clădiri industriale.
B. Respectivul teren se poate localiza după cum se menționează în documentele ataşate. Antreprenorul va fi obligat să viziteze şantierul şi să se familiarizeze cu locația, geografía, locația serviciilor, rețelele de şoseli, limitările şantierului şi proximitatea locurilor vecine.
C. Sfera de acțiune a lucrărilor la care ne referim este următoarea:
a. Administrarea şantierului va include serviciile antreprenorilor şi subantreprenorilor.
b. Magazionarea si manipularea în siguranță a tuturor utilajelor proporționate gratis de către client, predate Antreprenorului General pentru păstrarea, magazionarea în cadrul şantierului şi instalarea lor posterioară.
c. Instalarea şantierului de lucru pe proprietatea Clientului.
d. Instalarearea şi menținerea în siguranță a şantierului.
e. Conducerea şi menținerea şantierului la un nivel minimum de siguranță in construcție.
f. Coordonarea şi menținerea bunăstării angajaților, antreprenorilor si subantreprenorilor.
g. Proporționarea unui asesorament si a unei administrări a riscului adecvate tuturor activităților desfaşurate în cadrul şantierului.
h. Descărcarea, transportarea şi depozitarea în condiții de siguranță a utilajelor proporționate gratis.
i. Garantarea unei execuții la nivelul celei descrise în cadrul Declarației de principii şi Obiective în timpul propus şi la un nivel minimum de calitate stabilit.
j. Coordonarea si menținerea şantierului la un nivel minimum prestabilit de curățenie.

I obtained my BA in English and Finnish Language and Literature in 2004 at Universitatea Babes-Bolyai, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The same year I decided to continue my postgraduate studies in Spain, at Universidad de Alicante, where I obtained my Masters degree in Translation and Interpreting (English to Spanish) in 2006. Since then, I acquired work experience in a variety of fields while working in the IT and Business education sectors in Spain and USA. In 2009 I moved to the UK, where I started to work as a full-time professional translator and public service interpreter. I specialized in the legal and medical fields, for which I have shown a lot of interest during my post graduate studies in translation. In 2011 I have successfully completed the competency test for translators of the European Personal Selection Office and one year later I decided to improve my interpreting skills by enrolling in the European Masters in Conference Interpreting at "Babes Bolyai University" (member of EMCI Consortium) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
I moved to Madrid, Spain, in 2014, where I have been working as a full time translator and conference interpreter. In 2015 I started my translation agency: Intertrados, which is specialized in translation of marketing material in the e-commerce sector, offering various language combinations. I have been successfully running this business for years and I continue doing it from Durango, CO, USA where I moved in 2020.
