Here you will see that I have an engineering background, but I got bitten by the translation microbe a long time ago.
After a long time translating technical documents, I got into subtitling business.
I have been working as a translator/quality check provider for various vendors since 2012.
I translated and proofread subtitles for various streaming companies (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon), via various providers.
Currently, about 90% of my activity consists of subtitle translation and QC. I used OOOna, Subtitle Edit, EZTitles and other software in the past.
My daily capacity is about 30-35 minutes sitcom/stand-up/documentary; 50-60 minutes feature movies.
