Bio

I have been a journalist for over 25 years, having worked in both the print and electronic media. I have launched websites related to media, and worked across several genres in mainstream media publications.

Languages have always been a passion with me. Apart from English, the language I work in, I have mastery over Marathi, Hindi and Gujarati. Linguistics and history interest me, and I have studied German and Japanese up to the elementary level as well.

I have been freelancing as a translator for over seven years now, and have translated books, brochures, websites, educational material and much else from regional languages into English.

I also continue to write for several publications, Indian and international.
