Los cortes histológicos del material examinado correspondientes a manguito vaginal muestran fragmento de tejido fibroconectivo revestido por epitelio plano estratificado. El estroma presenta discreto infiltrado inflamatorio mononuclear.
Los cortes histológicos del material examinado correspondiente a cuello uterino, muestran fragmentos de tejido fibroconectivo revestidos por epitelio plano estratificado exocervical y de epitelio escamoso metaplásico maduro. Se aprecia vacuolización glucogénica del citoplasma celular. Los núcleos no ofrecen cambios patológicos. A nivel del estroma subyacente se evidencian glándulas endocervicales típicas y otras dilatadas quísticamente, con presencia de material amorfo eosinofilico a nivel de la luz. Discreto infiltrado inflamatorio a predominio mononuclear.
Los cortes histológicos correspondientes a cuerpo uterino muestran endometrio con estructuras glandulares aumentadas en número y tamaño, algunas rectas y otras semitortuosas y ramificadas, así como glándulas dilatadas, todas con epitelio cilíndrico pseudoestratificado de tipo proliferativo activo, hiperplásico, disponiéndose en varias capas celulares, con actividad mitótica intraepitelial. La celularidad en el epitelio glandular es atípica, con núcleos ovalados, hipercromáticos y citoplasma eosinófilo denso. No hay evidencia de secreción glandular intracelular o intraluminal. El estroma endometrial es celular, compacto, poco diferenciado, focalmente hiperplásico, (típico, sin signos de predecidualización y con vasos estromáles moderadamente desarrollados. Extensos cambios por autolisis.
Se observa formación poliposa de tejido fibroconectlyo, revestida por epitelio cilíndrico pseudoestratificado y en el espesor del estroma se evidencian estructuras glandulares irregulares, algunas dilatadas quísticamente.
Miometrio sin cambios histológicos significativos.
Los cortes histológicos correspondientes a tejido ovárico derecho e izquierdo muestran formación nodular de bordes festoneados, revestidas por células teco-granulosas luteinizadas. Otras áreas del corte muestran cicatrices hialinas Irregulares y folículos dilatados quísticamente revestidos por varias hileras de células cúbicas con núcleos redondeados y cromatina homogénea.
Los cortes histológicos correspondientes a trompas uterinas derecha e izquierda muestran arquitectura histológica general conservada.
Los cortes histológicos del material examinado correspondientes a parametrios derecho e izquierdo muestran tejido, fibroconectivo con congestión vascular.
No2 y No3.- Los cortes histológicos del material examinado correspondientes a ganglio pélvico derecho e izquierdo muestran folículos linfoides con centros germinales de variados tamaños, sinusoides marcadamente distendidos y ocupados por abundantes histiocitos espumosos.

No. 1 – The histological sections of the examined specimen corresponding to the vaginal cuff show a fragment of fibrous connective tissue coated with smooth stratified epithelium. The stroma displays discrete mononuclear inflammatory infiltrate.
The histological sections of the examined specimen corresponding to the cervix show fragments of fibrous connective tissue lined by smooth stratified exocervical epithelium and by squamous metaplastic epithelium.
Glucogenic vacuolization of the cellular cytoplasm is observed. The nuclei do not show pathological changes. At the level of the subjacent stroma, there are typical endocervical glands and cystically dilated glands, with presence of amorphous eosinophilic material at light microscopic level. Discrete inflammatory infiltrate, predominantly mononuclear.
The histological sections corresponding to the uterine corpus display endometrium with enlarged and increased glandular structures, some straight, others semi-twisted and ramified, similar to dilated glands, all with active proliferative pseudostratified columnar epithelium, hyperplasic, spanning over multiple cell layers with intraepithelial mitotic activity. Cellularity in the glandular epithelium is atypical, with oval hyperchromatic nuclei, and dense eosinophilic cytoplasm. There is no appearance of intracellular or intraluminal glandular secretion. The endometrial stroma is cellular, compact, mildly differentiated, focally hyperplastic, normal, with no signs of predecidualization and with moderately developed stromal vessels. Significant autolytic changes.
A polyp formation of fibrous connective tissue lined by pseudostratified columnar epithelium is visible and, in the thickness of the stroma, there are irregular glandular structures, some cystically dilated.
Myometrium shows no significant histological changes.
The histological sections corresponding to the right and left ovarian tissue show a nodular formation with scalloped edges, lined by thecal-granulous luteinized cells. Other areas of the section show irregular hyaline scars and cystically dilated follicles lined by various strings of cubic cells with rounded nuclei and homogenous chromatin.
The histological sections corresponding to the left and right Fallopian tubes show generally normal histological structure.
The histological sections of the examined specimen corresponding to the left and right parametria display fibrous connective tissue with vascular congestion.
No. 2 and No. 3 – The histological sections of the examined specimen corresponding to right and left pelvic ganglions show lymphoid follicles with germinal centers of various sizes, markedly distended sinusoids and contain abundant foamy histiocytes.
