TC TAP SEPT 2020 :TÓRAX: Se aprecia gran masa central en mediastino derecho, impresiona de conglomerado adenopatico neoplasico, de 51 x 33 x 79 mm ( eje craneocaudal maximo en plano sagital ), afectando territorios ganglionares paratraqueal derecho superior e inferior, prevascular derecho, precariinico e hiliar derecho. Se aprecia otro nodulo en porcion proximal de L medio, de 13 mm, adyacente a la bifurcacion de bronquio de lobulo medio ,con atelectasia de LM. Se aprecia otro nodulo redondeado en LSD , mas central, de 15 mm, en bifurcacion de bronquio segmentario superior de LSD. odulo de 7 mm en segmento anterior de LSD A nivel de LSD se aprecian varias lesiones nodulares confluentes , de contornos lobulados l, siguiendo trayecto de cisura mayor, con amplio contacto con dicha cisura.
