Hi Colleagues!
I'm stuck with these three words, can anyone help me please?
It's an entry in a list of requirements for trademark registration:
"Acto entre particulares: Poder debidamente otorgado, si ha decidido actuar mediante abogado. Éste puede ser especial para cada caso en particular identificando marca y clase con su respectiva presentación personal o general para todos los trámites de propiedad industrial elevado a escritura pública"
Is this were "inter vivos" applies, or is there a legal term for individuals?
