By means of RT-PCR a new transcript variant of TMEM45a was identified and we demonstrated that the protein is located in cytoplasmic vesicles. Detection of TMEM45a protein by western blot was aggravated due to the appearance of several bands at different sizes.

Anyway, I see, this DE/ RO - terminology- forum will perish, soon.
But, I suppose that you understand the Romanian language- isn't it?
Kein Wunder, dass so viele Übersetzungen daher schlecht sind- wenn der Übersetzer die Termini nicht anderswo überprüft, die er nicht selbst kennt!
Das Erfinden der Termini scheint in RO Tradition zu haben- nur Isbasescu hat komplett darauf verzichtet, die anderen Autoren nicht (oder selten).
Hat/ kennt jmd. das "Dic. romîn- german" von 1963, redactor responsabil M. Isbasescu , 50.000 Termini- und kann es mit dem Anutei vergleichen? Denn letzterer ist recht fehlerbehaftet- zum Unterschied von dem Isbasescu DE>RO, alle Ausgaben!
