Multumesc pentru sugestii. Din pacate au sosit putin cam tarziu, si a trebuit sa predau traducerea, asa ca eu am mers cu "preliminary sales agreement".

  -> Păi eu din comentariul ei exact asta înţeleg. Oricum în contractele româneşti atunci când se foloseşte forma de contract autentic este vorba despre cel legalizat de notar. Cât despre "authenticated" vs. "notarize" sunt opţiuni (sinonime)
