alimony beneficiaries Explanation: Sugestão -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 32 mins (2015-09-19 13:10:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://economia.uol.com.br/imposto-de-renda/noticias/redacao... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 44 mins (2015-09-19 13:22:24 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Alimony beneficiaries are not necessarily children. There are other categories entitled to alimony, like carriers of deficiencies, for example, notwithstanding the age, or persons the couple agrees are entiled to alimony in the divorce agreement that are not even children of the paying party. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 46 mins (2015-09-19 13:24:09 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In order to be legally entitled to alimony, the person has to be a dependent of the couple's income before the divorce, not necessarily a child of theirs, and legally uncapable of generating their own income to maintain their life standards after the divorce. |
