外務省が海外からの賓客との会議やレセプション、外交関係の会議などに使用する施設。東京・麻布台にあり、隣には同省の外交史料館がある。厨房（ちゅうぼう）は備えているものの、調理は外部の業者に発注されている。最近では、町村外相（当時）と韓国の潘基文（パンギムン）外交通商相の会談とレセプションに使用された。
