Just my idea!

Work more assertively; interact more light-heartedly; move more swiftly
This is only an idea. I have arbitrarily included some verbs, because in English, I think we tend to use verbs in slogans and mottos. An example is "Do the right thing" for putting garbage in the bin, whereas in Japan, they omit the verb and so it becomes "GOMI WA GOMI BAKO E". I hope this gives you some insights!
