(also dem Antragsteller) kein Rücktrittsrecht eingeräumt wurde oder der Rucktritt erst nach Ablauf der eingeräumten Rucktrittsfrist erklärt wurde. Dies ist jedoch anhand geeiqneter Unterlagen nachzuweisen.
Andernfalls liegt kein Leistungsaustausch sondern Schadenersatz (fur evtl.
Vermögenseinbußen) vor.
