Wegen versuchten Widerstands gegen die Staatsgewalt wurde Werner zu drei Monaten unbedingter Haft und Hermann zu vier Monaten bedingter Haft verurteilt. Dass auf einem von einem zufällig vorbeigekommenen Filmteam gemachten Video von Widerstandsversuchen nicht das Geringste zu sehen ist, konnte daran nichts ändern. Die Taten sollen vorher oder immer just gerade dann, wenn die Kamera weggeschwenkt wurde, gesetzt worden sein.
