Reinigung des Mischers in folgender Reihenfolge:
– „Stempel ab“ - Füllschacht im oberen Bereich reinigen
– „Stempel in Reinigungsstellung“ - Stempel reinigen
– „Stempel auf“, sichern - Füllschacht im unteren Bereich metallisch sauber schaben

I got an impression that it meant "on" and "off", but it does not make sense, because when we clean the machine, the stempel should always be off.
Does "ab" here means "down", and "auf" means "up" ?

Stempel hinunterfahren -> Füllschacht im oberen Bereich reinigen
Stempel hochfahren -> Füllschacht im unteren Bereich reinigen

Deswegen muss der Stempel auch oben gesichert werden, sonst kann er Dir beim Reinigen herunterfallen.
