"être dit" é voz passiva, que em português (e em espanhol) pode assumir a forma pronominal, muito elegante: "diz-se" = são ditas. O infinitivo, em português, também se flexiona: formar (sing.) / formarem (pl.). Também é usual usar o verbo no subjuntivo (que forma/que formam)
