Explanation:
"Eclairé" = der Spieler wurde gezielt und ausdrücklich über Risiken aufgeklärt. Daher ist "éclairé"hier m. E. kein Stilfehler, sondern das Wort hat einen juristischen Beiklang bzw. Wert. Es signalisiert: hier soll jeder wissen, worauf er sich einlässt und darf hinterher nicht klagen. Wird oft in Verbindung mit "et responsable" verwendet.
Wie sich hier "aufgeklärtes Spielverhalten" einbauen lässt, ist mir allerdings nicht ganz klar. Vielleicht etwas mit "bei aller Aufgeklärtheit läuft Ihnen Ihr Spielverhalten/das Spielen aus dem Ruder"... (un peu lourd ?)
