Bus/Financial - Mining & Minerals / Gems / Work contract
French term or phrase: déménagement maritime à hauteur de ...
This is a work contract for a Canadian employed in New Caledonia.

"Article 12 Déménagement
La Société remboursera au Salarié le coût d'un ***déménagement maritime à hauteur de*** 12 m3 [i.e., cubiques, I presume] et d'un fret aérien de 300 kg maximum."

Struggling with an economical way of saying this; and not sure about the 12 cubic metres. I guess it refers to the size of a container.

Explanation:
Just my suggestion for an economical way of saying it. It seems like you are pretty sure of what it means already. Note: This is not my area of expertise.

agree  Jenn Mercer: I have used "measuring" myself.

agree  Bourth (X): Not a container. When I moved to France, my 2 trunks and a suitcase were strapped to pallet, presumably loaded into a shared container.

I admit this was badly phrased. Perhaps the following is an improvement:

..will refund removal costs for 12 m³ in a shipping container and 300 kg by air freight
