Dear Alison, many thanks for your contribution. Yes, it does make some mention of sexual violence in the report. It doesn't go into much detail on this (more a point in passing) but I think your suggestion is correct in the context of the report I'm translating. And it is a recurrent theme in development, especially conflict, as your reference suggests. Thank you very much. I was focusing too much on it being a specific population type or something to do with the logistics of population movement. But of course, it is precisely these situations where sexual and gender-based violence occurs. If you'd like to put this as a response, then I can credit you with the points.
