FVA English to Turkish Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright

"Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all patents, rights to inventions, utility models, copyright and related rights, trademarks, trade names designs and domain names, rights in get-up, rights in goodwill or to sue for passing off, unfair competition rights, rights in computer software, database rights, topography rights, rights in Confidential Information, know-how and trade secrets and any other intellectual property rights including rights under data exclusivity and orphan drug laws, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications (or rights to apply) for, and renewals or extensions (including supplementary protection certificates) of and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
