English term or phrase: Additional Terms will control
I think this is written a bit funny and doesnt make much sense to me. Normally I would understand that if there are any additional terms to these terms of use, the additional ones will prevail but not sure if this is the case here or how to transmit the idea as above. Thanks

To the extent any Additional Terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the Additional Terms will control.

prevalecerán las claúsulas adicionales
Explanation:
Yo evitaría el calco "términos". El vocablo correcto es "cláusulas o estipulaciones".

se aplicarán los términos adicionales

Explanation:
You are absolutely rigt.
If there are conflicts between both kinds of terms, the aditional terms will pevail over the terms of use.
It's like an "overwriting of the terms of use".
