RE: FYI Although in English taking out prepositions such as which or that may make it easier, patent claims in any language must be written in one sentence. Hence, as confusing as it may be to subordinate further clauses, this is unfortunately required.

FYI askerさん、山口さんやみなさんのリファレンスが参考になりましたか？during which は"reset phase"を修飾していて次に説明を加えるために言い換えている語句です。文全体をたとえば次のように書き換えると分かりやすくなると思います。

A plurality of different phases comprises a reset phase. During this reset phase, the feedback capacitor is reset to the initial voltage.
