"Environmental performance measures, (including spills, greenhouse gases and other emissions, water discharges and utilization, slop to the environment, and hazardous and other wastes) are established and AU targets are set that are consistent with any L&S Zone and Global targets. As appropriate, normalized values (per barrel of production / throughput) are also established. dal mio glossario Eni sull'industria petrolifera ci sono varie definizioni di throughput, ma in generale ci si riferisce a un a quantità di materia prima che passa attraverso un processo produttivo, quindi che viene trattata. Mi sembra quindi che sia distinta da quella prodotta, cioé estratta a bocca pozzo.

scusa, ma ti ho un attimo cambiato la frase che avevi postato. leggendo il contesto, non dice barrel of throughput, dice: barrel of production/throughput.

Comunque, in linguaggio petrolifero, si dice erogato, almeno secondo questo dizionarietto simpatico che ho trovato su internet che sembra una risorsa ababstanza valida:
