io lo metterei così

drogoloso perché druggie è molto più affettuoso che junky

e perché tradurre (come sarebbe giusto, peraltro) 'ballerino instancabile ed eccentrico' sarebbe troppo serioso e farraginoso rispetto al testo originale
e mi sembra che così si riesca più a dare un'idea vicina al testo originale :)
