'No Frills 'account is a basic banking account. Such account requires either nil minimum balance or very low minimum balance.

(Since we are discussing this term in Business/commerce terminology here, I think the term used in Banking/commerce should be used. Websites of several Indian banks have used the term "नो फ्रिल बचत खाता".)
