Kleinkombi

English term (edited):
break [auto]
Kombi

: Agree because of the quick FR-EN association - well done. What do you think about my suggestion of Mini-SUV, as referenced in the discussion box?

I'd be somewhat reluctant to equating these two terms - see above.

Stadtfahrzeug/ Stadtflitzer
Eigentlich übersetzt man "city break" mit "Städtetrip". Im vorliegenden Kontext bzw. als Antwort auf die Frage "What is the type of the main car you drive?" plädiere ich für die o.g. Termini.

Discussion
And an SUV. The dots may look cute, but this is not a federal department. And I rarely hear Americans say anything else than "convertible," as corroborated here:
"Manufacturers in America have generally kept to using ‘convertible’ while European brands (French in particular) often prefer to use ‘cabriolet’."

There you got the next indication this used to be a document in French. Don't even try googling for "middle sedan" - you won't have much luck. You could say "medium," but oh well, you get the idea. Thus, I think Steffen is correct and you may want to think about addressing any further questions to our French KudoZ colleagues.

Just look at the Peugeot link I gave; granted, it's just the Active City Break package there, but the source text is kind of horrid, IMO. I would assume that's what they mean here. It's not a "real" Kombi, at least as far as Germans would understand it. Honestly, I have never heard "Kleinkombi" in my life (I did miss that trend, I guess) and even searching for it yields quite odd results, in my view.
Despite the double "Ko," I could agree to "Kompakt-Kombi," though. That's the smaller version: a station wagon in the "Kompaktklasse." Is that acceptable?
Then this might help:

It's what we call a Mini-SUV.
EDIT: I'm talking about Mini-SUV for "city break" and "Kombi" for "break," as Steffen suggested.
