Personnellement, j'aurai parlé d'indemnisation croisée. C'est à dire que chaque partie indemnise, défend et protège l'autre partie, ses affiliés, directeurs, officiers et agents de et contre toute responsabilité, réclamation, , pertes, dommage, blessure ou dépenses (incluant des dépenses légale raisonnables) que pourrait apporter des parties tierces en provenance de violation ou de violation alléguées des représentation ou obligations ci-nommés.
Il n'est pas question d'indemnisation partielle lorsqu'on parle de "cross indemnity".
