Sarebbe la 'sfoglia/pasta brik' ? In rete lo trovo scritto anche 'brick': qual è la grafia corretta, con o senza c ? Grazie !

E' specifica della cucina Nord Africana, serve per metterci una farcitura dentro.
riscontri per la parola 'briue' fuor dall'NL. Brik p brick non credo faccia differenza, brick è magari più inglese.
