This is a very nasty remark, clearly showing you she doesn't like you. It can be translated as dick, dick head, jerk, anything like that you can think of, but the meaning is not good! A petty vagina is not a word like that, but I know in Dutch some other word exists as an equivalent to "lul" but then the feminin counterpart, which I am sure you can figure out. Have fun talking to her... ;)
