If you are curious why it is called 二对半 in Chinese, here it is:

Pair of HBsAg-HBsAb;
Pair of HBeAg - HBeAb; and
HBcAb, which is considered as half of a pair.

You can see it is 2.5 pairs in total.

二对半 is just the name of the standard panel used in China. It looks like the standard panel varies from country to country. Unless there is a good reason to go into the details here, I suggest just calling it the hep B panel.

If you need to specify, you can say the HBs/HBc/HBe panel
